Lanette grew up in Shoreview and purchased her first home there. Over the years, she has also lived in Hugo and White Bear, and now proudly calls Mahtomedi home.

She began her real estate career in 1998 with Pulte Homes and has worked with several builders throughout her career. With more than 25 years of experience in new construction, Lanette brings valuable knowledge and insight to every step of the homebuying process.

Lanette especially enjoys working with first-time homebuyers, guiding them through the process so they feel confident, informed, and comfortable from start to finish.

Known for being honest, straightforward, and client-focused, she is committed to always putting her clients’ best interests first. Her goal is to make the homebuying experience smooth, positive, and rewarding while helping each client find the right home for their needs.

Lanette also has a passion for staging homes and loves helping sellers showcase their homes at their very best.

Her two daughters bring her great joy. Kennedy is a CPA who lives in Minnetonka with her husband, Nick, and Avery is a PA who lives in Iowa with her fiancé, Wes.

​

In her spare time, Lanette enjoys spending time with family and friends, attending live music events, decorating, and being near the water.
