Danielle grew up in Mahtomedi where she still lives with her husband Scott today raising three daughters. Angelina (23) who is a dance captain at St. Cloud State University, Sloane (7) a competitive golfer  & Korbin (5) enjoys swimming and gymnastics.

Danielle has been a full time realtor since 2006 alongside her mother Lucia Borgen. She is extremely knowledgeable with new construction and has represented Richard Kettler of Kettler Homes for the past 15 years, specializing in one level living townhomes. Her responsibilities while partnered with them included starting three neighborhoods from land development, marketing, architectural design, floor plans, interior design and staging of models. She represented buyers through the purchase agreement where her knowledge guided them through state statutes, builder warranty, electrical walk throughs, and the selections process.

Danielle’s vast knowledge spans all areas of the buying process. These areas include first time home buyer programs, pre approval loan process including the different types of loans, neighborhood expertise, networking with other agents to find off property homes, purchase agreement negotiation, inspections, title work and closing.

She is a forward thinking, organized, always available, full time realtor. Her strong negation skills and personable attitude allow her to work well with all types of personalities. 

When she is listing homes she utilizes her real estate market knowledge to use every avenue to promote her listings. She holds open houses, has online presence, and social media postings.

When Danielle isn’t busy helping her clients buy or sell their home she practices yoga, soaks up as much warm weather as possible, and loves to travel. Spending time with family and friends is a priority.
